I was completely satisfied and impressed with my experience with Superior Solar from start to finish. Recommended by my pool contractor, Rob Wasson of Masterpiece Pool & Spa, I contacted and got a prompt response from David Spanier, consultant for Superior, in early May 2010. David came to my house on 5/13/10 and made a thorough presentation of the product/features, answered all my questions, and provided a quote for the job. I signed the contract and was charged a reasonable ($500) deposit. The installation was done on 6/7/10 and went smoothly. The two installers arrived on time and completed the job in about 5 hours. They were friendly and professional. I was given operating instructions after the installation was complete. Have been very happy with the end product, with no problems of any kind thus far. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this company.
